Refund and Compliance Policy
Service Agreement: Prior to initiating any services, every client will be required to sign a service agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the service, including policy, terms, and any other relevant provisions.
This agreement serves as a binding contract between the client and Smartkeep.
Refund Policies:
1. Cancellation and Refunds:
• We do not provide refunds upon cancellation of services. If a service is canceled, the requested work will be delivered, or the service will continue until the originally contracted date, depending on the circumstances.
• All services are initiated upon receipt of payment, and refunds will not be issued for services rendered.
2. Payment Basis:
• All services contracted will begin upon payment. No refunds will be granted for services rendered or for services that have already been initiated.
3. Credit for Cancelled Services:
• In the rare event that a service is canceled before work has been executed, the payment for the service will be applied as credit towards any future services contracted.
Compliance Policies:

data collected during the course of providing services will be handled in accordance with

• We maintain open lines of communication with our customers throughout the service delivery process. Any updates or changes to services will be promptly communicated to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
• We are committed to complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing our services. Any changes in regulations that may impact service delivery will be promptly addressed and communicated to customers.
5. Resolution of Disputes:
• In the event of disputes regarding service quality or compliance issues, we encourage customers to contact us directly to seek resolution. We will work diligently to address any concerns and find a mutually satisfactory solution.
